• No six million dollar glacier projects for the Louisville zoo when the governor is talking about cutting many more important areas
• Also, the bridge projects for Northern Kentucky and Louisville area should be a toll project with state funding. We citizens who will only use these bridges occasionally should contribute some, but a majority of the project should be paid by the people who use them daily.

Promote and Protect Education

• Work hard to invest in quality teachers for your children
• Work to acquire grants and funding for all three local school districts to increase, maintain and improve their facilities.
• Strongly support funding for early childhood education

Develop Economic Infrastructure

• I am committed to seeing the Heartland Parkway completed
• Both local water plants are in great shape to produce enough water for any factory needs. In Taylor County there is some need for larger lines to help with water pressure
• Lodge on the Lake
• Promote industrial parks in both communities
• Work for a vocational training school in this district
• Push for legislation to help recruit more health care professionals to Adair & Taylor Counties
• Will actively seek grants to fund infrastructure
